I’m a Logistics and Supply Chain Management graduate with hands-on receiving and dispatch experience, focused on accuracy, real-time stock visibility, and dependable service under strict shipping timelines.
In my current role as a Receive and Dispatch Clerk (Distribution Centre), I use WMS to scan and log inventory, coordinate transfers to bin locations and picking zones, and safely verify inbound shipments against POs and packing slips.
I also prioritize picking queues to meet cut-off times and achieved a 99% on-time shipping rate. I maintain loss prevention records by documenting damaged goods, inventory adjustments, and shipping errors, and I perform daily cycle counts to reconcile physical stock with system data.
Alongside my work, I completed a Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management at IIE Rosebank College (88% average) and am currently pursuing an Advanced Diploma in Logistics at the University of Johannesburg. I’ve supported high-volume operations as a Student Brand Ambassador and led community outreach as Head of Community Engagement in the SRC.
