What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote legal assistant role with a US law practice.

At Damian O. Okoro (SAN) & Associates, Providence Chambers, I prepare court documents from the start of a matter through trial and handle statutory filings, including those requiring cross-border recognition and international certification. I also review opposing pleadings and research and co-author legal opinions on professional liability and commercial risk.

I write client correspondence in estate administration matters, organize compliance and regulatory documents into client-ready reports, and carry out title and succession due diligence. After being called to the Nigerian Bar in 2022, I supported litigation, client correspondence, and legal research at Rose Adima & Associates.
