I’m looking for a Senior/Lead Product Design role where I can build scalable design systems, simplify workflows, and lead cross-functional teams to ship consistent end-to-end experiences across complex products.

I’m a Staff Product Designer with 8+ years of experience across hospitality, SaaS, and consumer products. I specialize in design systems, workflow simplification, and cross-functional design leadership.

Most recently, I led end-to-end product design for a unified hospitality platform deployed across hotels, resorts, and casinos worldwide. I owned the design strategy for both guest-facing and staff-facing experiences across mobile apps, in-room tablets, service automation tools, and operational dashboards—ensuring a consistent, scalable design language at every touchpoint.

Previously, I led and mentored a design team at a fast-growing Silicon Valley AI startup, progressing from Senior UX Designer into a Product Design Manager role as the platform scaled globally. Earlier, I built and maintained scalable design systems and pattern libraries for a creator tools company, and I also worked at the intersection of design and code by building foundational design system UI components and handling front-end implementation (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript).
