At Optum Global Solutions, I build and maintain Power BI dashboards, paginated reports, and Talend ETL jobs for healthcare data analysis. My reports track member enrollment, health assessment completion, call activity, and member response status.
I use SQL to extract, validate, and optimize data for accurate, high-performing reporting. I also automate report distribution with Power Automate and convert selected Power BI reports to SSRS for faster generation and retrieval.
Previously at Genpact, I developed SQL and Python scripts for CRM and customer analysis, reporting, and ETL workflows. I used Pandas and Seaborn to identify trends, strengthened data quality and governance, and automated recurring Excel reports.
