At DriftPoint Technologies Pvt. Ltd., I built W3Agent, an AI platform that classifies emails and generates context-aware outreach responses, along with a dashboard for lead management and outreach analytics.
I also developed WarrantyHub for warranty registration and order verification, and automated customer support across WhatsApp and email with AI-generated responses and sentiment analysis.
For AI serving, I deployed a Flask-based multi-model backend on an NVIDIA L4 GPU server and developed REST endpoints for text generation, image processing, and recommendations. CUDA optimizations and custom GPU memory allocation improved inference speed by 3x, while model preloading eliminated cold-start latency.
Earlier, at DR. Digitalz Pvt. Ltd., I developed CRM modules and ERP data-processing pipelines, and worked on backend performance and technical SEO. My projects include a cross-platform medical application with 3,000+ active users and an AI voice memo service that can book calendar events or send emails.
