What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a security operations role where I can strengthen detection coverage, reduce false positives, investigate threats, and build automated response workflows while continuing to grow in detection engineering and incident response.

I'm currently improving detection quality and incident response workflows at Brennan IT, where I monitor security events using Microsoft Sentinel and SIEM/EDR platforms, tune detection rules, and build Securonix playbooks to streamline triage, enrichment, and escalation.

Previously, I handled real-time monitoring, investigations, reporting, and escalation at Safeaeon Inc., validating alerts and performing root cause analysis across multiple log sources. I bring hands-on experience with Windows and Linux security monitoring, EDR investigations, vulnerability assessment support, Python-based security automation concepts, and a strong focus on reducing false positives while improving threat visibility.
