At WNS Global Services, I processed accounts payable for BA Holidays, handling invoice processing, 2-way and 3-way matching, reconciliations, and payment runs in Citrix Agresso. I also supported month-end close, accruals, TDS/GST, and audit activities.
I was awarded ownership of five business-critical processes. My work included creating supplier records in X-Distribution, activating destinations in TravelBox, and configuring promotional discounts in x-Hotel.
Earlier at WNS Global Services, I built a foundation in the P2P cycle and vendor support. I also processed flight cancellation refunds through x-Rez, handling bulk refunds during a World War disruption with 99.8% accuracy.
