At Tech Mahindra, I work on Microsoft projects building multi-agent AI systems using MCP architecture and developing automation proof-of-concepts for Azure Maps. I've used Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering to improve model response quality and automate DSAT ticket triage.
