What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level bookkeeping/accounts support role where I can apply QuickBooks Online and Xero reconciliation skills, handle invoice processing, and build hands-on experience while maintaining accuracy, organized records, and on-time deliverables.

I’m a B.Com (Finance & Accounting) student with a strong foundation in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and reconciliation, built through academic financial analysis and about six months of self-directed practice in QuickBooks Online and Xero. I’m comfortable with transaction entry, account reconciliation, invoice processing, and maintaining organized, accurate financial records.

Through self-driven QuickBooks Online and Xero practice, I learned month-end workflows and basic invoicing while building a habit of accuracy and structured recordkeeping. I also apply Excel-based reporting to analyze financial performance and cost efficiency—using Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and SUMIFS—to explain variances clearly and support reliable, well-organized financial documentation.
