At Manektech, Iām the technical lead on SEOC, a Gujarat Government disaster-management platform coordinating 20+ state departments. I architected its domain-modular system and built real-time geospatial incident mapping and live coordination across multilingual React apps.
I introduced a self-hosted, CPU-only RAG assistant for a government disaster plan, using multilingual retrieval and grounded cite-or-abstain generation. Structured evaluation raised answer quality from ~50% to ~75%, and I traced a 20x latency issue to hypervisor-masked AVX instructions.
At Webbrains Technology, I was a core developer on AiCubix, a WhatsApp marketing SaaS built from scratch. I architected its React.js and Node.js environment and engineered campaign flows; the platform served 200+ businesses and processed $100,000+.
I also led development of QuickPost, unifying shipping workflows across Australia Post and FedEx APIs for 500+ merchants. Outside work, I built halt-engine, an offline LLM with persistent memory, and placed first in a SAP-sponsored state-level hackathon with a blockchain crowdsourcing platform.
