I’ve spent 3+ years building and operating MERN systems for enterprise and government clients, including Air India, DRDO, and Standard Chartered Bank. At Opticent, I grew from Software Engineer to Technical Lead while continuing to ship full-stack delivery for a 4-engineer team across concurrent client work.

I owned a DRDO government document-workflow platform end-to-end—from onsite requirements and system design to full-stack build, deployment, and production support. I implemented multi-level, department-scoped RBAC with multi-stage approvals and full audit logging, plus WebSocket-based real-time notifications, deadline tracking, and MongoDB-backed reporting.

I’ve also built AI/RAG backends for practical retrieval and LLM workflows. On projects like HireMind AI and DocuChat, I implemented hybrid retrieval, fixed inconsistent LLM scoring, handled model/API changes, and improved multi-PDF accuracy with proper chunk metadata and source attribution—then connected it to complete React frontends.
