I am a software engineer and applied AI specialist with hands-on experience designing, building, and shipping production-grade AI-powered SaaS platforms. As a founding/product engineer I have owned end-to-end delivery for live products like PilotMail, building scalable backend systems, integrating LLMs and RAG pipelines, and managing production deployments.

I have engineered data pipelines and analytics solutions that improved operational efficiency, integrated AI-driven features to reduce support load, and delivered conversational and database-driven NLP projects. I focus on pragmatic, production-ready design — from API and environment configuration to debugging, observability, and cost/latency tradeoffs — to ensure real-world product impact.
