At IDEX India, I built FP&A and Credit Control functions from the ground up, standardizing forecasting, reporting, and governance. I partner with three business units across manufacturing, sales, and service operations.

I improved accounting and forecast accuracy to 95% and reduced the reporting cycle by 30%. I also designed leadership dashboards and analytical tools to support decisions on profitability, pricing, and working capital.

At Netafim Irrigation India, I re-engineered Credit Control and developed India-specific SOPs and tender evaluation workflows. Earlier, at Tiki Tar Industries Baroda Limited, I led treasury and working capital management, and at Mukund & Rohit, Chartered Accountants, I managed statutory and internal audits.
