I've also supported Carnival at Capgemini and Siemens-Gamesa Energy at Infosys, resolving major incidents, upgrading Palo Alto firewalls and F5 platforms, managing Citrix NetScaler, and migrating NetScaler ADC environments to F5 BIG-IP.
