On Payhip, I create and publish digital products for online customers using Canva and other design tools. I organize product listings, pricing, and downloadable resources so they’re accessible in the storefront.

I also create template packs, branded content, and visual materials, and plan content for Instagram, Pinterest, and other social media platforms. I adapt to new digital tools and AI technologies to support content creation and online business workflows.

At YMCA, I supported parents and families through child check-in processes and communicated about children’s care and activities. Earlier, as a MediaCenter Assistant at AvonHighSchool, I used scheduling and catalog systems to support check-in and inventory tracking.
