I’m a quality engineer with 4+ years delivering product quality for Microsoft Dynamics 365 e-commerce and Google Nest (via HCL Technologies), building a clear path from functional and regression testing into API validation and, most recently, AI system quality.

I’ve driven measurable impact through smarter regression strategy, A/B experimentation, and cross-team ownership—including leading a 5-person test effort and improving test execution efficiency by ~43%. I also strengthened release readiness by owning multi-layered test strategies across evolving requirements.

Now I’m focused on GenAI and LLM application quality—RAG pipelines, retrieval evaluation, golden-set and realtime LLM quality gates, LLM-as-judge, and grounded-answer validation—through self-directed Python test automation and evaluation projects. I bring that same engineering rigor to API/UI automation frameworks and build practical quality dashboards and demos.
