What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a strategic finance or FP&A leadership role where I can partner with senior leaders, build scalable planning and reporting capabilities, improve financial visibility, and drive measurable value through transformation.

I've led FP&A and strategic finance across Straive, Smart Energy Water, Genpact supporting Coca-Cola, and Hugo Technologies. I partner directly with CFOs and business leaders on P&L performance, rolling forecasts, cash flow, reporting, and investment decisions.

At Straive, I managed a $150M P&L, improved forecast accuracy from 90% to 95%, recovered $1M in revenue leakage, and delivered $0.8M in annual technology cost savings. I also led finance support for a technology acquisition, including due diligence, valuation modelling, and integration financials.

I've built FP&A infrastructure from the ground up, automated executive reporting with Power BI, and modernised planning through NetSuite Planning & Budgeting. My work combines driver-based modelling, financial controls, ERP transformation, and practical performance insights that help leaders act faster.
