At Sprie.io by Percept Imagery, I led the migration of a legacy 3D asset management service to a leasing model, serving 25 orgs, 88 brands and about 6,000 assets. I also redesigned storage to remove duplicate asset copies and built encrypted, authenticated delivery for the Virtual Try-On and 3D viewer products.

I improved cached asset loading from about six seconds to about 500 milliseconds, and migrated the VTO widget from Webpack to Vite. Earlier at VideoSDK by Zujo Tech Pvt Ltd, I built an HLS live-streaming pipeline with under six seconds of latency and helped move deployment infrastructure to Kubernetes.
