Nikolas Moses Kaplan

I've built NODE, a specialty coffee marketplace connecting independent European roasters with buyers, using Next.js, PostgreSQL, Supabase, MangoPay, Sendcloud, and Vercel. I designed its 18-table relational database and REST API to manage roaster catalogs, orders, and stores.

I'm a third-year BSc Artificial Intelligence Engineering student at the University of Alicante, focused primarily on Python. My projects span computer vision, fuzzy logic, parallel computing, convolutional neural networks, and distributed prediction microservices, and I'm looking for my first opportunity to contribute and learn within an experienced technology team.
