At Goldman Sachs, I led end-to-end development of scheduled-transfer fraud screening for Marcus, extending Java/Spring Boot services and rule evaluation to ACH and wire transfers. I also developed historical transaction replay for fraud-rule backtesting and optimized decisioning across 16 upstream risk aggregates.
I built Splink, an MCP server that lets internal AI assistants generate, run, and analyze Splunk queries during production incident investigations. Earlier, at Barclays, I engineered payment services and transformed SWIFT MT and ISO 20022 MX messages; at Verizon, I developed event-driven telecom services and OAuth2-secured REST APIs.
