What I'm looking for

I’m looking to contribute effectively to organizational growth by applying accurate payment posting, operational coordination, and HRMS-driven HR support, while using Tally and MS Office to keep documentation clean and workflows running smoothly.

I’m an accounts and operations professional with experience in US healthcare medical billing and day-to-day accounting operations. I’ve managed payment posting, verified EOBs, resolved billing discrepancies and denial cases, and created and maintained sales and purchase invoices using Tally.

I also support operational and HR functions—working with HRMS for employee data & attendance, coordinating with vendors, contractors, and internal departments, and handling PF and ESIC calculations, payments, and documentation. I’m a quick learner and detail-oriented team player who improves workflow through process support and accurate documentation.
