At PTSB, I maintain the Thematic Risk Review action tracker, coordinating remediation actions across business units and working between Internal Audit and Technology to move findings toward closure. I also coordinate evidence collection and control validation for cloud-hosted systems across AWS environments, supporting audit-readiness for NIS2 and Operational Resilience.
At NSAI, I managed audit activity as a secondary auditor across four IT organisations and tracked evidence, findings, and remediation for ISO 27001 compliance. Earlier, at Capgemini, I worked in major incident management and software engineering, producing root cause analysis and post-incident reports for a financial services client.
