I'm looking to lead delivery, QA, or AI evaluation programs where I can coordinate distributed teams, improve quality operations, and partner directly with stakeholders on high-impact technology products.

At Testlio, I lead AI evaluation and QA programs for global technology clients, including the Proof-of-Concept rounds that won a frontier AI research lab as an ongoing client. I own delivery from client intake and requirements clarification through resourcing, execution, and quality-metrics reporting.

I coordinate up to 6 Test Leads and 80 testers across AMER, APAC, and EMEA, while automating reporting workflows with Google Apps Script to cut manual reporting time by 50%. I also bring safety-critical Agile QA experience from Saipher ATC, where I shaped testing strategy, built product documentation, and trained new team members.
