I’m looking for a role where I can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to help people and organizations move forward.

Finance is my profession. Helping people succeed and organizations work better is what I enjoy most.

For more than 15 years, I’ve partnered with CEOs to navigate growth, transformation and uncertainty across Europe, Africa and Asia. While my background is in finance, my role has often extended well beyond it—bringing together finance, operations, IT, procurement and governance to help businesses move forward.

Over the years, I’ve learned that sustainable performance doesn’t come from processes alone. It comes from people who trust each other, understand the bigger picture and share a common goal. That’s why I enjoy connecting teams, breaking down silos and bringing structure where complexity has taken over.

I’m at my best in multicultural environments where pragmatism, curiosity and collaboration matter as much as technical expertise. I don’t chase perfect solutions—I believe progress comes from making sound decisions, earning people’s trust and moving forward together.
