Since 2013, I’ve practiced independently in Naples, advising and representing clients in civil, administrative, and employment law matters. My work includes intellectual property rights, trademarks, patents, counterfeiting, and unfair competition.
At the Camera di Commercio di Napoli, I worked in the Depenalizzazione office and gained experience in administrative and regulatory matters, including industrial property. My EUIPO training covers EU trademark procedures, disputes, and intellectual property.
I’ve also developed a strong interest in datasets, machine learning, and AI, including the legal questions raised by AI-generated works. I speak English at C2 level and French at intermediate level.
