At SBCB Jamaica Ltd., I prepare financial documents and support payment processing, tax documentation, and accounting-cycle activities while following internal controls.
I assist with bank reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and support month-end and year-end closing, including accounts payable and receivable, petty cash, and inventory records.
I’ve used Peachtree to record transactions and generate financial reports, developed an invoice-tracking system, and improved filing and document retrieval processes. I’m currently pursuing a BBA majoring in Accounting at the University of the Commonwealth Caribbean (UCC).
