Newton Nezard

I am Wekesa Makokha Newton, a dedicated and aspiring medical laboratory technologist with a strong foundation in laboratory technology and a passion for contributing to healthcare. I recently completed my attachment at Coast General Teaching and Referral Hospital, where I gained practical experience in medical laboratory procedures and patient care.

My educational background includes a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from The Kisii National Polytechnic, where I developed essential skills in communication, time management, and problem-solving. I am particularly proud of my project on the prevalence of malaria in young children, which involved determining the intensity of malaria infection in two hospitals in Mombasa County. This experience has fueled my desire to make a meaningful impact in the medical field.
