At Navy Federal Credit Union, I collect, clean, and validate operational and application data using SQL Server and T-SQL to support accurate reporting. I investigate anomalies, compare expected versus actual results, and communicate clear findings to technical and non-technical teams.

I build and support reporting documentation, including data sources, business rules, BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. I work across business, QA, development, and product stakeholders while supporting testing, releases, and Agile delivery.

Previously at Infionic Pvt Ltd, I organized sales, customer, inventory, distribution, and vendor-order data for reporting and analysis. I created SSRS reports and dashboards with table, matrix, drill-down, and drill-through functionality, helping stakeholders monitor metrics, identify trends, and catch anomalies early.

I'm continuing to grow in data analytics and BI while expanding into automated testing support with Selenium, Cucumber/Gherkin, and Java.
