I’m an Architectural Draftsman and CAD Assistant with a strong technical foundation in residential and commercial documentation, building compliance, and multi-platform CAD workflows. I translate architectural concepts into accurate 2D production drawings and 3D digital models using AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit, with a focus on precision-driven construction documents.

In my current role at the Institute of Planning and Design, I draft, model, and revise floor plans and complete construction documents from complex project briefs and field sketches. I collaborate with architects and project leads to integrate revisions, refine structural layouts, and align deliverables with local building regulations and industry standards—maintaining a 98%+ accuracy rate and zero tolerance for measurement errors. I also manage organized project documentation systems and deliver 5+ completed plan sets daily under tight turnaround schedules.
