At Tremoloo, I led UX strategy and product design across 30+ projects in government, AI, fintech, and other sectors. I also mentored a team of 3–5 designers and set design processes and quality standards.
For Kollona Amn, I redesigned critical reporting and incident journeys for a national-scale app serving over 1 million users. I applied behavioural design, gamification, and Hooked Model principles to reduce friction and build user confidence.
I designed Arabic-first AI experiences for Lisan.ai, adapting interaction patterns to Modern Standard Arabic and Arabic reading behaviour. For Sinai.ai and ProductProva.ai, I worked on AI experiences that made complex workflows and product-visual creation more understandable.
My work includes bilingual Arabic-English and RTL experiences, user research, usability testing, and prototyping. I hold UX and behavioural economics certifications from Nielsen Norman Group and Coglode.
