What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote Power BI and Power Platform engagements where I can turn business requirements into scalable dashboards, applications, and workflow automation while owning delivery, training, and ongoing support.

I've led remote Power BI and automation engagements through Aadya Techno Solutions, turning fragmented data and manual processes into dashboards, business applications, and automated workflows. I own delivery from discovery and estimation through UAT, deployment, training, and post-delivery support.

Previously at DXC Technology, I delivered 20+ Power BI dashboards for retail and healthcare workstreams, replacing recurring Excel reporting with governed, interactive solutions. I built star-schema models, Power Query transformations, SQL datasets, optimized DAX measures, and role-based access for self-service analysis.

I also design end-to-end people analytics solutions, including workforce reporting, Power Apps data capture, Power Automate approvals, KPI measures, and row-level security.
