I’m looking for a QA/Quality Engineering leadership role where I can own test strategy, quality gates, and production readiness—build automation that improves release efficiency, and lead cross-functional teams delivering secure, mission-critical enterprise products in Agile.

I’m a results-oriented QA Manager and Quality Engineering leader with 16+ years of experience leading Quality Engineering, test management, automation strategy, and enterprise testing programs across Agile delivery. I focus on end-to-end testing, system integration testing, UAT planning, and release governance to ensure high-quality outcomes.

I’ve driven mission-critical programs, including MOSIP-based Uganda National Identity and Civil Registry platforms, while improving release efficiency, quality standards, and operational excellence. I lead quality gates, Go/No-Go reporting, defect governance, defect leakage prevention, and traceability management, backed by RCA-driven improvements and risk-based testing.

I bring strong stakeholder and cross-functional leadership, managing cross-functional teams of 30+ members across QA, Development, DevOps, BA, and UAT, while coordinating distributed and offshore automation delivery. I’m experienced in non-functional coordination including performance, resilience, and security testing, and I optimize testing through shift-left and continuous testing practices.

Technically, I build scalable automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver, Java, BDD Cucumber, Rest Assured, and API automation, integrated with CI/CD pipelines via Jenkins, Maven, and Docker. I also support broader testing needs with tools and methods such as TestNG, SQL, Postman/Swagger, Appium, Tosca, and ETL testing—so releases stay governed, resilient, and production-ready.
