I seek opportunities that allow me to leverage my expertise in banking and fintech law while contributing to innovative legal solutions in the financial sector.

I am Önder Perçin, a dedicated legal professional with extensive experience in banking and finance law. I graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1999 and have since held various significant roles, including Chief Banking Specialist at the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA). My tenure at BRSA allowed me to contribute to critical legislative frameworks and oversee major legal cases that shaped the Turkish banking sector.

In addition to my practical experience, I hold multiple advanced degrees, including an LL.M. from the University of California - Berkeley and a J.S.D. from Ankara University. My academic pursuits focus on the intersection of banking, finance, and fintech law, resulting in several publications, including the well-received book “Fintech Q&A.” Currently, I serve as a lawyer and consultant, advising financial institutions on compliance and regulatory matters while also teaching Fintech Law at Ankara University.
