At Instituto Geográfico Agustín Codazzi (IGAC), I worked on cadastral data integration, including the technical formulation and delivery of municipal APIs aligned with the LADM_COL standard. My work also covered building and maintaining LADM_COL models and submodels for the multipurpose cadastre policy.
For the Repositorio de Datos Maestros (RDM), I provided functional and technical leadership through requirements gathering, test cycles, technical documentation, and the Phase I production launch. I also coordinated with executing entities’ teams on information systems supporting the consolidation of national cadastral and land information.
