At AINN Technologies Inc., I supported a Workday Adaptive Planning implementation for a North American infrastructure client. I configured planning model dimensions, levels, and hierarchies alongside senior consultants.
I built and refined interactive dashboards with the client, focusing reported metrics on indicators that supported decisions. I also supported the migration of financial and operational data from Acumatica ERP, mapping and validating source data and checking integrity through cutover.
After go-live, I supported change requests, process documentation, and end-user training. I’m pursuing a Master of Digital Business at Monash University Malaysia, building on my B.Com in Accounting and Finance.
