At Han Digital Solutions I managed workflow tools, trackers, and daily records, met SLA and quality metrics, and executed manual audits to resolve outliers using SOPs and internal tools.

I am experienced with AWS services (EC2, S3, EBS, IAM, Auto Scaling, ELB, CloudWatch) and infrastructure tools including Terraform and Ansible, which I used for provisioning and configuration management.
