Backend SDE building reactive Java microservices.

What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a backend role where I can build reactive microservices, secure APIs, and reliable cloud deployments—partnering with teams that value performance, clean architecture, and strong integration testing.

I’m a backend SDE focused on building scalable reactive microservices and data pipelines that perform under real-world latency and compliance constraints. At AlphaMolly London (Remote), I designed and deployed five Spring WebFlux microservices, cutting inter-service latency by 30% through better modularity and asynchronous patterns, and integrating three external financial APIs to reduce average API latency by 45% with WebClient.

I also strengthened reliability, security, and deployment efficiency by automating database schema migrations with Liquibase (reducing manual setup time by 80%+) and containerizing services for GKE deployments with Docker and Kubernetes (managing 20+ resources). From Kafka ingestion into QuestDB for near real-time analytics to implementing OAuth2 with Keycloak/Okta for full internal API security compliance, I build systems end-to-end—then validate them with Testcontainers by replicating Keycloak, Consul, and dependent microservices for isolated integration testing.
