I'm leading FP&A operations and finance transformation at Cubic Transportation Systems, where I manage a 15-person team supporting planning, forecasts, financial reviews, and process improvement across regions. I delivered productivity improvements equivalent to five FTE savings and co-led Anaplan implementation for planning, forecasting, and performance management.

Previously at Genpact, I led FP&A transformation and analytics engagements, delivering CXO Cockpits, Working Capital Simulators, and Price-Volume-Mix dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, and Anaplan. At Honeywell, I led report standardization and digitization across 40 business units, helping reduce non-standard reports from 6,000 to 500.

I've also co-founded and scaled a healthy food and beverage business to 3,500+ customers in six months. Across 20+ years of experience, I bring hands-on finance operations, business partnering, Agile delivery, and data-enabled decision support.
