What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead the design and delivery of cloud-native, distributed backend systems where I can drive architecture, mentor engineers, and solve mission-critical reliability and scale challenges.

At NiCE Interactive Solutions, I design Cloud Media Capture systems that process 2K+ business-critical 911 calls daily. I built a Redis and gRPC-based Port Manager service on AKS supporting 1K+ concurrent calls and operational monitoring through Azure Monitor and Grafana.

I lead technical direction for multi-vendor, mission-critical call-recording capabilities, including MCPTT integration and extensible .NET platform design. I also automated TLS/mTLS certificate lifecycle management and helped reduce vendor onboarding time by 50%.

Previously at GEP Worldwide, I led design decisions, mentored six team members, and improved a bulk-insert pipeline from 30 minutes to 3 minutes. Across NiCE, GEP, AGS (Microsoft), CGI, and Cognizant, I’ve built reliable backend systems, modernized workflows, and resolved production-critical issues.
