At Gilead Sciences, I design and maintain data pipelines for clinical trial datasets used by oncology research teams. I also migrated legacy patient records to Snowflake and built APIs that give researchers access to curated genomic datasets.
I build data validation frameworks for drug safety reports and develop ingestion streams for manufacturing sensor data. My work also includes data models for business intelligence dashboards and infrastructure deployments using Jenkins and Terraform.
At Fluence, I built pipelines for energy storage sensor data and developed streaming applications to analyze grid frequency data. I also created data models for predictive maintenance and monitored the platform with Datadog.
