Served as primary client contact for estimating, order intake, and job coordination, managing the print production lifecycle from concept through delivery. Prepared press-ready files and performed prepress proofing/QC while balancing multiple concurrent jobs under tight deadlines.

Owned color matching for consistent spot colors and created digital proofs, production dockets, and press-ready files for client and press operations. Built new digital die-lines and plates for roll labels, blister foil, tapes, and folding cartons, and trained a new prepress coworker on key prepress processes.

Worked across prepress, installation, print, and finishing in a large-format print company, creating designs, preparing layouts, and generating print files. Assisted with vehicle vinyl-wrap installations and operated flatbed/roll-to-roll cutting equipment, performing weeding, pre-masking, and packing.

Contributed to prepress operations as part of the BCIT GCOM summer coop program by building a prepress workflow guide and checklists to reduce errors and improve efficiency. Created digital proofs, die templates, repeats, and Illustrator actions, and performed quality control by reviewing samples against production dockets.

Supported canned seafood manufacturing by helping manage the production line to improve efficiency and quality. Opened new customer accounts and sales channels to reach targets, planned trade shows and sampling events, and oversaw “Capitan Del Mar” rebranding for the target market.

Started and developed a leather accessories line, overseeing sample development and quality control. Managed sales, branding, bookkeeping, and product costing, and used Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to create digital designs, spec sheets, mood boards, and brand collaterals.
