At Four Corners Community Services, I designed and built a PHP and MySQL platform for report submission, review, and approval, replacing fragmented manual processes. I test role-based workflows and permissions, host and maintain the platform on AWS, and resolve user-reported defects.
At Four Corners Community Services, I also audit clinical and care documentation against legal and regulatory standards, review records for accuracy and completeness, and work with teams to address recurring gaps. At Akatsi South Municipal Health Directorate, I instituted KPI tracking and root-cause analysis and guided five health facilities through SafeCare standards implementation.
My public health nursing work has included maternal, newborn, and child health services, immunization campaigns, and follow-up care for clients with TB, HIV/AIDS, and other needs. I’m pursuing an MBA in Total Quality Management and bring experience in quality improvement, compliance, and frontline health delivery.
