I seek a role where I can lead L&D strategy, build content libraries, mentor teams, and partner on product/LMS improvements to deliver measurable business impact.

I am a strategic Learning & Development leader with over nine years of experience designing and delivering simulation-led, scenario-based, and digital learning solutions that drive measurable business impact.

At Thriving Springs AI I built the content function, established production frameworks and quality standards, and hired and mentored a team of learning designers while partnering on product and LMS improvements.

Previously at Knolskape I designed immersive experiences for enterprise clients focused on leadership, transformation, and behavioral skills, collaborating closely with SMEs, product teams, and visual designers to ensure instructional rigor and learner engagement.

I began my career in fast-paced services environments, developing strong foundations in e-learning authoring and tools (Articulate 360, Camtasia, SCORM/LMS) and continue to augment my practice with coaching, change management, and GenAI-augmented workflows.
