Natanaël Ndéko

I’m an IT student with a strong interest in technical support and system environments. I’m motivated by helping users and solving a wide range of technical issues, and I’m continuously developing my skills through hands-on exposure to IT support and system-related technologies.

My service-oriented mindset shows up in how I work with people and problems. I use a structured approach to problem-solving, with communication, empathy, and active listening to guide users toward clear solutions.

In experience as a Youth Consultant at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS), I supported and guided young members in personal development and goal setting. I developed strong communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills, helping individuals solve personal and organizational challenges in a structured environment.

Before that, as a Cashier at a Local Shop (Neighborhood Store), I handled daily cash transactions and maintained accurate records while providing customer service under fast-paced conditions. That combination of reliability, attention to detail, and problem-solving carries directly into technical support work.
