I’m a procurement and supply chain professional driven by the idea that purchasing is profit-centered. I’m looking for a challenging position where I can lower costs to the bottom line while using my skills to help the organization achieve its goals through continuous learning and self-development.

In my recent operations experience as a Jumia pick-up station agent, I received, verified, and logged customer orders, ensured accurate sorting and safe storage of parcels, and handled returns, cancellations, and failed deliveries in line with company policies. I also supported customers through order collection, identity verification, and payment confirmation, while coordinating with delivery riders and hub supervisors to resolve delivery and stock issues.

Beyond day-to-day operations, I’ve strengthened my procurement mindset through training and achievement—such as emerging 1st overall in a procurement contest—and I focus on practical execution: daily physical counts, reconciliations, stock takes, market surveys for favorable pricing, and creating purchase requisitions (PRs) using SAP. I communicate confidently in English and Swahili and bring professionalism, reliability, and excellence-focused teamwork to every assignment.
