At Yorosis, I own product planning and frontend delivery for CRM, project management and help desk modules, while leading a team of six developers.

I designed and built an AI Sales Rep Agent for the CRM using LLM APIs, prompt design and tool calling over live CRM data. I also led the migration to Angular 21 and delivered a help desk analytics dashboard with SLA tracking and CSAT scores.

Before becoming Team Lead, I developed CRM and project management features at Yorosis and built a reusable Angular component library shared across modules. I'm currently building a full ecommerce application end to end, including its catalog, checkout and order tracking.
