At VTours, part of Hotelplan Group / DER Touristik, I owned end-to-end quality as the sole QA for a European travel platform with 20+ supplier integrations, 1M+ annual bookings, and €400M+ in revenue. I delivered 7–8 REST API integrations to production with zero post-deploy failures and reduced production incidents by an estimated 85–90%.
I build test coverage across E2E, regression, integration, and smoke testing, while using Grafana, Zabbix, and Kibana to identify instability before it affects bookings. I’ve also tested iOS and Android applications at Prosite, validated cross-device compatibility, and mentored a new QA teammate through project processes.
