Naman Gangil

I’m a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Limited (KFIL), where I execute predictive and corrective operations under LOTOTO protocols to reduce equipment delay and maximize machinery uptime. I manage field instrumentation and PLC/MCC/PCC control panels, configure ABB VFDs for efficiency, and lead root-cause analysis (RCA) with CAPA for electrical faults. I also coordinate Operational Safety & PPE Committees and enforce electrical safety through routine Near Miss reporting.

I bring an improvement mindset through Kaizen and Gemba audits, and I’m currently leading cross-functional efforts toward 3S certification. Alongside my plant work, I build practical engineering solutions—an IoT-based office automation system (NodeMCU ESP8266 with DHT22/HC-SR501), an 8051 alcohol detection system (ADC0804, MQ135), microcontroller-based battery management (I2C/SPI/CAN, MOSFET thermal protection, RTC, flash memory), and an AC light dimmer using Arduino UNO with TRIAC and zero-crossing detection.
