What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a progressive marine construction team where my fiberglass boat and metallic ship-building skills can grow through new technologies—while I take ownership of safety, quality control, accurate CNC work, and effective workshop coordination.

I build and supervise marine work with a strong focus on fiberglass boats, metallic ship construction, and dependable quality. My career objective is to apply my knowledge and skills in fiberglass boat construction and ship construction while continuously developing with new technologies.

In my Technical Supervisor role at SECO Marine Uganda Ltd (2023–2024), I improved worker safety by creating awareness of hazards in ship construction, analyzed drawings to ensure quality production, and supervised fitters during fabrication. I also optimized material use by adjusting AutoCAD drawings and nesting them to promotion nesting software, and I ensured accurate steel plate cutting on a CNC machine according to manufacturer specifications.

Before that, I gained hands-on mechanical experience as an intern mechanic and later through basic mechanical repairs and servicing. Across my skills in hull fabrication and repair, boat assembly and structural reinforcement, marine mechanical basics, and quality control and safety compliance, I bring disciplined teamwork, clear communication, and careful attention to detail to every project.
