At AYA GOLD & SILVER, I analyzed mining equipment availability and reliability, created an FMEA, and prepared preventive maintenance checklists and plans for critical systems. I also developed a VBA application to centralize and manage operating procedures, and designed a maintenance KPI/KRI dashboard.
During my ONCF technical internship, I worked on an automated inter-carriage door system, simulating pneumatic diagrams and programming a LOGO! controller. My projects include a four-quadrant DC-DC converter modeled in MATLAB/Simulink and a parallel-shaft gearbox modeled in CATIA V5.
